Good question.
Open the .jad in notepad;
Then download the .jar address given in the .jad.
Then you can edit the .jad from the “http://ww1.mxit….” line to just have the .jar’s name.
Then you can open the .jad in MPP (MpowerPlayer), and it will use the local file rather than downloading the jar everytime!
