The deadpool of instant messenger apps

It seems the mobile messaging market changes quick and you have to be at the top of your game to survive.
Amazing how the market changes, most features are built into iPhones and Android devices and make third party applications like these redundant and people’s requirements change. Also, worrying about specific things like MIDP1, or GPRS etc has fallen away. People just know they have this brand of phone and it has internet (called 3G or data access nowadays), it’s a sign of some maturity of a market.
